Rebecca Cutsinger joined Grassroots Targeting in 2023. Born and raised in Northern Virginia — she graduated with honors from James Madison University and received a B.S. in Media Arts and Journalism with focuses in Political Communication and Leadership. Having had an interest in politics from an early age, Rebecca has a decade of grassroots campaign experience that fueled her curiosity about people and what motivates them to vote. She worked most recently on the Hung Cao for Congress campaign in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District in 2022.
Prior to her entrance into the political field, she was a competitive cheerleader for over a decade and cheered on the Dukes every Saturday at JMU as a member of the Division 1 Coed Cheerleading Team from 2020-2023. She competed in two UCA National Cheerleading Championships with the Dukes. Rebecca also founded the chapter of Network of Enlightened Women at JMU; an organization dedicated to the education of conservative women on college campuses across the US.
